This weekend, we're working on reinforcing a positive attitude. Also known as a pawsitive attitude. My dog-ma just came back from spending a few hours at the first day of the one-and-only Harmony Festival (having its 30th anniversary). Dog-ma was so pawsitive that she gave me some of that harmony stuff.

Can you believe dog-ma met a guy named Zach who'd had a back injury at L3 like me? He's so nice, a friend of Randi's, dog-ma said. Anyway, Zach's just fine even though he'd broken his back. It's encouraging for me to hear that he has no residual problem. How amazing the way the body heals.

I wish I could've gone to Harmony with dog-ma to see the awesome Jackie Greene. His music is, well, like, perfect. Dog-ma says he's more like Dylan than Dylan ever figured out how to be. Woof? I heard a song of Greene's that should be our mantra around here these days. Check out "Don't Let the Devil Take Your Mind." And see how Jackie Greene was vlogged at Harmony 2008 and uploaded to YouTube.
